We have positions for experienced building services Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers in both the Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. 

The applicants should ideally have worked within the aviation sector and ideally have experience of working within framework agreements although this is not essential.

You should have a sound knowledge of your discipline with detailed experience of pre and post tender applications, be able to prepare monthly accounts, price variations and offer sound financial advice ensuring value engineered solutions.

You will be working within an exciting environment with a Major Mechanical and Electrical contractor that has secured work within the aviation sector.
